Inspection requests for properties outside of the Truckee/North Tahoe area will be bid upon request and based on mileage.

​Pest Management Program

*Please call our office for more information regarding our Pest Management Program on-going pest service.  Pest Management Programs start at $89 per service and are performed every two months (6 times per year).  Other programs available upon request.

​Pest Treatments

 $185 - Treat exterior/perimeter for carpenter ant activity

​$215 - Treat exterior/perimeter for carpenter ant activity and bait the sub area for mouse activity
